“They are my pride and joy.” I met this really lovely family who had gathered together for vacation and to celebrate a fiftieth wedding anniversary. Fifty years. Is that awesome, or isn’t it? Anyway, that is what this grandmother had to say about her grandchildren. I can’t say I blame her, either! I felt incredibly privileged to be invited to share a little bit of time of this very special celebration week with this really wonderful family.
I confess, I”m also looking forward to my own fiftieth…we’re about a quarter of the way there!
