One of my favorite parts of shooting families together is that I have permission to watch families love on each other and play with each other. I spent a fun time out on Sanibel Island (the lighthouse beach) with this family yesterday and just really enjoyed the slightly slower pace that comes with not chasing toddlers. Toddlers are so much fun, but they require a lot of fast footwork to capture everything before they wear out! So with an older family, I can hang out a little more and just watch. It was low tide, so we spent some time critter hunting, sitting and enjoying the evening, and just being pretty peaceful. I love watching families play together, but I think my favorite is sometimes just watching Mom and Dad love each other like these two do. Enjoy!
