Since I don’t have a classroom (and am not likely to have one other than our little red table here at home), for a while I thought my pearls of wisdom would simply...  I shot Marissa to celebrate her six month birthday… seems to me it was just yesterday that she was born! This shoot was fun because she was all smiles the entire time. She has always been darling and has always had this lovely red hair… although I’m giving you black & whites of...  So I’ve made it to the end of a long week as a single parent (OK, I have a few more hours to go until Andy is home; he’s been on the east coast all week taking a class) and I haven’t completely lost my mind. Whew! I decided to complicate my life... I read a blog entry recently which mentioned one school’s graduates’ struggles with finding lucrative employment. Apparently, quite a few students find themselves out in the real world, saddled with debt (which they thought they could readily pay off with those high dollar photo gigs). I guess that’s true in any profession–somehow everyone...  Let me add a belated welcome to 2008 to all of you! I hope your holidays were filled with family, love, and peace. My family flew to Virginia to celebrate with extended family on my mother’s side–it was great! I thought I would pick just a few pictures to share with you... |
